Return & Refund Policy

At Trendluxp, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified and processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charges from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the transaction hasn't been processed. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately at the information provided below. We will investigate the issue and work with our payment processor to resolve it promptly. Please have your order number and refund confirmation email ready when contacting us.
